Home Learning

Home Learning
Remote teaching combined with home learning is a whole new paradigm for most teachers and parents. It presents unique problems and challenges for both. Many of our vendors have resources that have been built around supporting teachers at schools, but these aren't necessarily well suited to help teachers with remote teaching and parents with home learning. In recognition of this many have produced a modified subset of resources to help teachers and parents with remote and home learning.

One of the first to do this was Microbric, the developer and manufacturer of the Edison Robot. Others include Joylabz who make the Makey Makey Classic and Sphero.

Microbric (Edison) - An EdVenture for Everyone
There’s so much you can learn and do at home with Edison robots! Microbric have created three different EdVenture Styles to help you work out the best options for your needs. Each style has lessons and activities carefully selected from their range of educational resources. You can also mix-and-match to create your own custom curriculum.
