The new machine design improves the utilization of its internal space by making the equipment occupy less space resulting in a bigger build size and offering flexible layout of the production line.

The frame is made entirely of aluminium and the enclosure is made of lightweight and durable ABS acrylic sheets making the machine lightweight from the inside out while ensuring stable printing.

More Convenient Upgraded Leveling System

Levelling is crucial to the success and quality of a 3D print. Guider 3 optimises the auxillery levelling and automatic levelling system to guarantee the bed is levelled correctly.

The adopted high-sensitivity and inductive proximity sensor detects and saves the initial flatness data of the horizontal platform, and intelligently compensates the platform height through Z-axis during the printing process to realize automatic leveling.

Upgraded Extruder Structure

Suitable for various filaments, the double-gear extrusion structure design increases the filament feeding force by 150% and causes less clogging issues, not inferior at all for various application requirements.

Quick-release Nozzle

The quick-release nozzle, with multiple diameter options, is easy to replace and maintain, and can meet various use requirements.

Air Filtration

The HEPA air filter system can effectively filter the dust, odor and particles generated during the printing process, thus ensuring an environment-friendly and safe working environment.

Sleep Mode

If the Guider 3 is not in use for a long period of time, it will automatically enter sleep mode. The screen goes black and the lights are turned off, ensuring low energy consumption during night operations.

Auto Shut-down

After printing has finished the equipment will automatically shut down. Guider 3 realises when it is unattended saving energy and ensuring safer operation.

Filament Detection

Guider 3 is equipped with a filament detection sensor to detect the abnormal state of filaments. If the filament is used up or clogged, the equipment will automatically stop andnotify you of related problems, which can effectively prevent the damage of the printed part or nozzle, save electricity and avoid material waste. When the filament is used up, printing can be resumed after new filament has been loaded.
